Lorcan Ó hÓbain who served as a Director of Speedpak between 2007 and 2013, sadly passed away on 1 June 2018.
A ‘man of action’, Lorcan brought with him an immense skill set that we were very fortunate to benefit from. He had strong business acumen. He valued and supported lifelong education and training. He had a tremendous faith in people and the power of community. He was the ideal Director for our social enterprise.
Lorcan was laid to rest today surrounded by his loving family, many friends and colleagues.
Lorcan was very giving in life and his contributions improved the lives of many. He will be fondly remembered by us as ‘one of the good ones’.
