Paul Rogers is the CEO of local development company, Northside Partnership. He has extensive experience in the Community, Voluntary and Social Enterprise sectors, particularly in community development, strategic planning, organisational development, communications, project management and IT.
A native of Coolock, Paul worked for over a decade with Dublin North West Area Partnership in senior roles, including Local & Community Development Programme Manager. Before moving into the local development sector, he gained private sector experience and returned to full-time education in 1996 as a mature student.
Paul has a strong understanding of the challenges faced by community, voluntary and social enterprise organisations in delivering their social purpose. He has served on the governance structures of several organisations addressing issues such as long-term unemployment, suicide prevention, and voter education.
He currently serves on the Board of the Community Law and Mediation Service and is Chairperson of the Oiled Wildlife Response Network.
