Paul was appointed Operations Manager at Speedpak Group in 2023. He has held a variety of senior management roles across industries in Ireland and the UK, with particular experience in trade, wholesale and retail. While in the UK, he successfully established and led a new business operation on behalf of Grafton Group PLC, demonstrating strong leadership and commercial acumen.
Paul has developed broad expertise in directing, training and coordinating teams to deliver on operational and business goals. He has also invested in his own professional development, completing training in Project Management, Procurement Management, Financial Management and Coaching for Performance. He brings to Speedpak a wealth of experience in operations, people management and process improvement, equipping him to lead, develop and grow the business in line with the company’s strategic and social objectives.
