Sarah Walsh joined Speedpak Group in 2026 as Training & Development Community Employment (CE) Supervisor. She leads the CE programme and supports Speedpak’s trainees, overseeing recruitment and induction, workplace learning, career planning, HR and training records, and programme compliance.
Sarah began her career in finance, with AIB and later as a business analyst at Goodbody Stockbrokers. In 2016 she retrained as a pastry chef, gaining experience in Toronto and New York before returning to Ireland to run her own business teaching sugar craft and creating bespoke wedding and celebration cakes.
After five years as a solo entrepreneur, Sarah was keen to return to a team-based environment, and welcomed the chance to bring her leadership and organisational skills to a values-driven non-profit like Speedpak.
