This year our core team have up-skilled across a broad range of areas including accredited and non-accredited courses in administration skills, training delivery, business management, social enterprise development, communications and IT. Operations staff meanwhile have undertaken mandatory refresher courses in forklift operation, manual handling and first aid.
In a commercial environment, learning is crucial for us to be innovative as well as competitive. It helps us support all our training staff. Learning encourages staff to initiate new projects and up-skill in new technologies. As a business and a charity, it also ensures that we meet all our obligations and are fully compliant.
