The first of Speedpak Group’s new Enhanced Skills Programme participants were presented with their certificates by Minister for Education & Skills, Richard Bruton, T.D. at an awards ceremony held in Speedpak on Tuesday 20 September 2016.
Developed by Speedpak Group, the programme delivers industry-specific training and mentoring and develops increased relationships with local businesses and industry partnerships to promote job placement following graduation. This new initiative will deliver training and jobs for 30 long term unemployed people in Dublin.
Supported by JPMorgan Chase Foundation, this initiative is part of a global philanthropic investment of 200 million USD each year to boost economic growth and expand economic opportunity for those being left behind in today’s economy. J.P. Morgan operates branches in Dublin city centre and on Dublin’s Northside.
