Sustainability Charter

We are taking important steps to develop and implement a Sustainability Strategy that aligns with national and EU climate goals. This is reflected in our Sustainability Charter which focuses on the following Environmental Actions:

• Improving Waste Management: We will segregate more waste streams across our operations and increase recycling efforts within our manufacturing processes.
• Investing in Renewable Energy: We aim to reduce our carbon footprint by investing in solar energy and cutting energy costs through efficiency measures.
• Monitoring Environmental Impact: We are developing systems to track our Scope 1 and 2 emissions, as well as municipal and recyclable waste, to inform data-driven decision-making.
• Fostering Sustainable Culture: We plan to embed sustainable practices into our work experience and training programmes, reinforcing our mission to support long-term unemployed people.
• Transparency and Communication: We will formally communicate our sustainability progress through annual reporting and digital media, supporting partnerships and funding opportunities.

These initiatives are supported by clear KPIs and timelines, including capturing emissions data, implementing waste segregation, securing funding for solar energy and other environmentally positive actions. Our goal is to build environmental responsibility into the heart of our operations, driving both social and environmental impact in tandem.
